3 deadlifts 275 + 6 lateral burpees over bar
20 mins to build up to a 5rm bench.
Death by double unders (10s):
Min 1: 10 double unders
Min 2: 20 double unders
Min 3: 30 double unders
Etc. until you cannot complete within minute.
Extra credit- climb back down in reverse at the minute you fail
1 lap sprint
1 lap medium
1 lap easy
-1 min rest between rounds
Every :30 for 25 minutes:
1 squat clean at 225 lbs
50 reps in total
